Our ever-innovating client Jules Destrooper was ready to infiltrate the snacking aisle with an exciting new product launch. Totally delicious chocolate covered crunchies, made from pieces of their classic Almond Thin & Butter Waffle biscuits. Knowing Jules Destrooper as a classic premium brand, these products looked to target a somewhat younger consumer group without alienating their current consumers. Different from their mainstream products, which are often bought for a sharing or gifting moment, these crunchies answer the need for a me-time moment.
Building on the iconic and recognizable Jules Destrooper assets we added and more vibrant and energetic touch. The bursting photography, as often seen with snack competitors, creates not only a dynamic look but places the product at the heart of the design and visually articulates the innovation. A clear Choc ‘n Croc range name sets this product apart from the mainstream range and places it firmly in the world of snacking and indulgence.
