Brand Redesign for DELINO
Belgium's finest flavours.

Délino is an ambitious Belgian family business specialized in the development, production and distribution of high-quality sauces and vinagrettes. With a long-standing heritage in the horeca and food-service world, Délino had established itself as a well-known and highly respected brand, trusted and loved for generations. However, in recent years they’ve found themselves falling somewhat behind competitors in terms of their brand and packaging identity and on reflection realized how dated and old fashioned they’d become.
High time for a tasty brand refresh and with the luxury of creative freedom we decided along with our client to totally reimagine the Délino brand. As always, our focus is to establish visual impact and memorability in a way that clearly personifies the brand story and its essence. This essence in its purest form is their products, symbolized through the deep green Délino drop that forms an unmissable part of their branding and ties the family together. The simplicity and grounded nature of our approach is also part of the openness and approachability of the brand that caters not only to everyday consumers but importantly to industry professionals. This continues with the Délino ‘line’, a graphic element that flows around and from pack to pack. Born from the logotype typographical style it also acts as an expression of the product nature and how it is used. Naturally, taste experience is paramount, which is supported the harmony between ingredients photography and bold colour coding that act as a huge and well needed boost to the brands modernity and relevancy in today’s market.
And, as with many of our clients, dynamic flexibility was needed in order to adapt the identity across an extensive portfolio of sauces and vinaigrettes and across multiple packaging formats. The result is a kind powerful togetherness that can really build a bold new future for a brand. A future that can reawaken your relevance in the minds of old consumers who’ve taken you for granted and new consumers who have yet to discover you.
