MARKET FRESH MAKRO by Euroma

Spice it up!

After the successful launch of the Market Fresh brand for Delhaize, Euroma decided to also launch this range through the Marko cash & carry stores. Unlike the range for Delhaize with its premium look & feel, the new brief was to create a more colorful, basic design. As well as the clasp jars, Euroma also introduced convenient portion bags and an organic subrange. All with a purposefully different look & feel.

For this new design, we altered the black chalkboard background into a colorful texture. Each color represents a specific group of spices and herbs. For example, the dark red combines all peppers, the brown unifies the spices. By choosing a specific shape for all labels we create a more mainstream look. The 750ml jars even have peel off labels with a chalk label underneath, to stimulate re-use.

On the portion bags the illustrations take over. Each dish/ingredient has its own hand drawn chalk illustration. All 42 references are clearly divided into 8 subranges, by changing color and background texture. For example, blue for fish, orange for chicken…

 A fun wide range of fresh herbs & spices, perfect to spice things up!
